The lower body is one of my favorite parts of the body to workout. And since I walk pretty much everywhere, it’s important that my legs be in good shape.
Whenever I develop a lower body routine, I like to isolate separate parts of the leg so that I can concentrate on working that muscle to its fullest extent and then move on to the next. This routine is heavy on the glutes and hamstrings. I think that the next time I do it, I’ll incorporate leg extensions so that the quads get some action too.
All in all, it’s a great routine that you’ll definitely be feeling the day after. And maybe even the day after that, too.
